The servers are located in a data centre within the European Union (Germany). The hosting provider collects the following data transmitted by your browser in so-called log files: IP address, the address of the previously visited website (referrer), date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, the website from which the request originates, as well as information about browser and operating system.
The collection of this data is necessary in order to provide our website and to ensure its stability and security. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

In addition, for technical reasons and to protect against misuse (spam prevention), your IP address and the time of submission are processed; the legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in the security of our systems (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
The form is transmitted with TLS encryption. To deliver your enquiry to us, the message is sent via the e-mail infrastructure of our provider IONOS SE (servers in Germany) to our mailbox contact@epsia.io. No transfer to third countries outside the EU takes place.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided that your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) if this was requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This website does not embed any external Content Delivery Networks (CDN). All web frameworks (Bootstrap), icon libraries (Bootstrap Icons) and fonts (Inter) used are served exclusively from our own server (IONOS, EU/Germany). No connection to third-party servers is established and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party in this process.
